Peter Kilbourne

Senior Vice President of Lodging Operations

Peter Kilbourne serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Lodging at CSM Corporation, where he spearheads operational excellence within the Lodging Division to create a guest experience like none other. Having served as Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s largest hotel management company for over three years, Peter brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. Before joining Aimbridge, he held the position of Vice President of Operations at CSM for an extensive period, demonstrating his commitment to the company.
 
Throughout his career, Peter has garnered notable achievements including being recognized as the 2010 General Manager of the Year for the Residence Inn brand alongside receiving the title of Residence Inn by Marriott Community Service Hotel of the Year. Additionally, he has been honored with CSM’s Gary S. Holmes Award for his contributions. Over the years, he has also been the recipient of various accolades from prior management companies including General Manager of the Year and Hotel of the Year.
 
His dedication extends beyond professional accolades, as he has been actively involved in philanthropic endeavors. Peter’s charitable work includes contributions to organizations such as Children’s Miracle Network, Children’s Cancer Association, Ronald McDonald House, Oregon Food Bank, and participation in SOLV river cleanups.
 
Driven by a passion for excellence and a desire to support his team, Peter’s personal values drive his professional endeavors. He finds inspiration in his family, whom he strives to make proud. Outside of work, Peter enjoys pursuing his interests in running, kayaking, and paddle boarding, all against the scenic backdrop of his hometown, Portland, Oregon.
