Emily Wall is the Senior Director of Residential at CSM Corporation Her main responsibilities include overseeing the entire residential portfolio, consisting of 2,686 units with a key focus on driving revenue, creating a positive employee experience, and maintaining quality for residents.

Emily has 17 years of multi-family industry experience, working for Greystar as well as Cushman & Wakefield.  She brings to the table an extensive background in both market rate and affordable housing assets. Emily has a proven record of maximizing revenue and increasing resident satisfaction through innovative and creative solutions. Emily has earned numerous industry awards during her years in the industry for Property Excellence, Revenue, Team Awards, and Leadership/Management.

Emily has a passion for people and loves to be challenged. She enjoys leading a team and seeing them grow and develop while also being able to provide amazing service and places for residents to call home. She says, “The work we do in this industry is meaningful, and I consider myself honored to be a part of that.”

Emily lives in Savage, MN with her husband and two young sons. She enjoys watching her two sons play soccer, is an avid dog lover, and loves to travel.
